Detroit, MI (September 12, 2024) – A 21-year-old Michigan motorcyclist was critically injured after crashing into a vehicle on northbound I-75 late Wednesday night. According to. Michigan State Police, the motorcyclist, from Sterling Heights, was reportedly traveling at speeds exceeding 150 mph before rear-ending a Honda CRV near eastbound Davison.
The crash, which occurred around 11:20 PM, left the motorcyclist unresponsive in the center lane. Emergency responders from the Detroit Fire Department transported him to a local hospital. The driver of the CRV was unharmed but struck the median wall before stopping in the left lane.
