Montgomery County, OH (September 2, 2024) – A hit-and-run accident on Saturday night, September 1, left one person seriously injured in Harrison Township. The Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to a pedestrian crash involving a bicyclist around 10:30 p.m. at the intersection of W Siebenthaler Ave and Salem Ave.

Albert L. Washington, 54, of Trotwood, was struck by a maroon Pontiac Grand Prix, which then fled the scene. Emergency responders transported Washington to Grandview Hospital with serious injuries.

Authorities are investigating the circumstances of the incident and are expected to provide updates as more information becomes available.
