Emergency responders confirmed that the individual, whose identity has not yet been released, appeared to have succumbed to their injuries at the scene.
The incident was reported at approximately 7:58 a.m., prompting a swift response from Med 4 and other emergency personnel. Despite their efforts, the severe nature of the collision left little chance for survival. The area was temporarily closed as investigators worked to determine the cause of the accident.
