Milwaukee, WI (February 22, 2025) – A fatal collision occurred early Saturday morning in Milwaukee, leaving a 44-year-old passenger dead.
According to the Milwaukee Police Department, the crash happened at approximately 2:20 a.m. in the area of Grantosa Dr. and Hampton Ave.
Officials stated that a driver and a passenger were traveling westbound on Hampton Ave when their vehicle collided with a second car. The second vehicle was initially heading eastbound before attempting to turn north onto Grantosa Dr. when the impact occurred.
The passenger in the first vehicle, a 44-year-old individual, sustained severe injuries and was pronounced dead. The driver’s condition has not been disclosed, nor has the status of any occupants in the second vehicle.
Authorities are actively investigating the incident, and charges are pending review by the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office.
