Miami, FL (September 3, 2024) – A hit-and-run crash early Tuesday, September 3, in southwest Miami-Dade resulted in one death and one injury. The incident occurred around 3:30 a.m. at the intersection of LeJeune Rd and SW 8 St.

Miami-Dade police reported that three vehicles were involved. A 29-year-old man driving one of the cars died at the scene. A woman driving a second vehicle was injured and taken to Coral Gables Hospital, where she is in stable condition. The driver of the third vehicle, a white SUV, fled the scene.
