McCracken County, KY (October 22, 2024) – A serious two-vehicle crash occurred on Thursday, October 17, prompting a swift response from emergency crews. The incident took place around 11 a.m. at the intersection of Husbands Road and Clarkline Road.
According to the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office, the crash involved a vehicle driven by Robert Stewart from Paducah, who was traveling onto Husbands Road from Clarkline Road when he was struck by another vehicle operated by Kenneth Hill of Boaz, KY. The impact of the collision was significant, causing Hill’s vehicle to veer off the roadway and collide with a tree, while Stewart’s vehicle came to a stop on the roadway.
Emergency responders rushed to the scene, where they found Hill and his two passengers, Diana Hill of Boaz and Trey Hill of Symsonia, suffering from incapacitating injuries. All three were transported to a local hospital for medical treatment. Diana Hill was later transferred to an out-of-state hospital for further care. As of now, there has been no update on their conditions.
