Malta, NY (January 14, 2025) – A fatal crash occurred on Malta Ave near Van Aernem Rd and the I-87 overpass early Tuesday morning, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office. The incident was reported at approximately 5:37 AM and prompted an extensive emergency response.
Deputies confirmed that the collision involved two vehicles. Tragically, one driver, identified as 24-year-old Jeremy Robson of Ballston Spa, was pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver sustained minor injuries, was treated at the scene, and released.
