Madison Township, OH (September 12, 2024) – A motorcyclist died following a two-vehicle crash Wednesday evening on County Rd 89. The Ohio State Highway Patrol reports that Jacob Crisenbery, 30, from Vinton, lost control of his 2006 Harley-Davidson while navigating a curve around 7:45 p.m. Crisenbery’s motorcycle veered off the road, struck a ditch, and then collided with a southbound 2015 Nissan Pathfinder driven by 55-year-old Charles Justus of Patriot. The motorcycle overturned and landed on the roadside.
Crisenbery was pronounced dead at the scene. Neither Justus nor his passenger, Erica Justus, 50, were injured. The crash is under investigation, with local law enforcement and emergency services assisting at the scene.
