Lynchburg, VA (September 2, 2024) – A 68-year-old man died after being struck by a vehicle on Sunday, September 1. The collision occurred around 10:16 p.m. in the 1500 block of Campbell Ave.
The victim, identified as Rawleigh Taylor Myers, was transported to Lynchburg General Hospital but did not survive. The driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
