Los Angeles, CA (January 11, 2025) – A multi-vehicle collision with injuries occurred early Saturday morning on US-101 N near the N Mission Rd on-ramp. The crash was reported at approximately 12:36 AM and involved several vehicles, including a white Tesla Model 3 and other sedans.
California Highway Patrol (CHP) reported that one vehicle collided with the center divider, blocking the #1 lane. Another vehicle, described as dark green or black, was involved and also blocking traffic. A third vehicle, an older red sedan, was reported in the center divider area. Emergency personnel responded promptly to assess the situation and assist the injured parties.
The incident, initially classified as a non-injury collision, was later updated to an 1179 Traffic Collision with injuries. Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) units were dispatched to provide medical care. Towing services were requested to remove at least one Toyota Camry and other damaged vehicles from the scene.
Traffic disruptions occurred as authorities managed the incident and cleared the affected lanes. Investigations are ongoing to determine the cause of the collision.
