Car Accidents in Missouri
Car accidents in Missouri are a frequent occurrence, especially on major highways like US 61. Many crashes are attributed to driver inattention, failure to yield, or adverse road conditions. Intersections, such as Route B and US 61, are common sites for collisions due to high traffic volume and the complexity of maneuvering through crossover areas.
Accidents involving large commercial vehicles, such as the Sterling truck, can result in significant damage and severe injuries due to the size and weight disparity between vehicles. Wearing safety devices like seatbelts often reduces injury severity, as highlighted by the difference in injuries sustained in this crash.
