Limestone, ME – Three Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash on Rte 1-A near Bog Rd

Limestone, ME (September 4, 2024) – A 47-year-old Presque Isle man sustained serious injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Sunday morning, September 1. The collision occurred around 5:32 a.m. on Rte 1-A near Bog Rd.

Authorities report the man was driving a Honda Accord when it crossed the centerline, hitting a Chevy Silverado. Two others, Phillips Mills, 23, and Austin Skidgell, 25, were treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

The Limestone Fire Department extricated the seriously injured driver and transported him to Cary Medical Center. The crash remains under investigation by local authorities.
