Laclede, MO (February 6, 2025) – Emergency responders were dispatched to a serious two-vehicle collision late Wednesday morning at the intersection of Highway 5 and Highway BB in Laclede County. The crash, which occurred around 11:00 a.m., left three individuals with injuries.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado was traveling westbound on Hwy BB when it attempted to make a turn but failed to yield to an oncoming northbound 2015 Nissan Murano on Hwy 5. The Nissan collided with the side of the Silverado, causing significant damage to both vehicles. The Silverado was towed from the scene by C&S Towing, while the Nissan was removed by Bledsoe Towing.
The drivers and one passenger sustained injuries in the crash. The 85-year-old female driver of the Silverado from Lebanon, MO, along with her 35-year-old female passenger from Montreal, MO, were both transported by Mercy Ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach. The driver of the Nissan, a 43-year-old male from Montreal, MO, was also taken to the same hospital for treatment.
