Kossuth County, IA (December 24, 2024) – A tragic head-on collision on 210th St in northern Iowa on Monday night left one man dead and another injured, according to the Iowa State Patrol. The accident occurred when a westbound vehicle crossed the center line and collided head-on with an eastbound semi-truck.
The crash claimed the life of 51-year-old Andres Garcia Exposito of Webster City, who was driving the westbound vehicle. Authorities confirmed that he died at the scene due to the severity of the collision.
The semi-truck driver, also a resident of Webster City, sustained injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. The extent of his injuries has not been disclosed, and his condition remains unknown.
