King and Queen County, VA – Craig Jowers Killed in Head-On Crash on Rte 33

King and Queen County, VA (September 16, 2024) – Craig Adam Jowers, 35, from Middlesex County, died in a head-on collision late Friday, September 13, on Route 33. The crash occurred around 11:52 p.m. when Jowers, driving a 2006 Nissan Maxima, entered the eastbound lane while traveling west and collided with a 2005 Nissan Armada.

Jowers, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver, 38-year-old Michael Scott Walker from Gloucester County, was hospitalized with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
