Motorcycle Accidents in Missouri
Missouri sees a significant number of motorcycle crashes each year, many resulting in serious injuries or fatalities. Highway 39, like many rural routes, presents risks for motorcyclists due to higher speeds, curves, and limited visibility. Collisions often occur when drivers fail to yield, misjudge distances, or make sudden maneuvers.
Motorcycle crashes frequently result in severe injuries, as riders lack the same protections as those in passenger vehicles. Head injuries, broken bones, and internal trauma are common in these types of incidents. In this case, neither rider was wearing a safety device, which may have contributed to the severity of the injuries.
If you or a loved one has been involved in a motorcycle accident, it is essential to seek medical attention and understand your legal rights. Victims may be entitled to compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, and other damages.
