Moses, a 22-year-old male from Blackwell, was reversing into a driveway when the motorcycle, operated by a 17-year-old male juvenile from Dittmer, was unable to stop in time and struck the rear of the truck, as well as a nearby road sign.

He was transported to SSM Health St. Clare Hospital by private conveyance for medical evaluation and treatment. Fortunately, the driver of the dump truck reported only minor damage to his vehicle and was able to drive away from the scene.
