Rear-End Collisions on Missouri Highways
Rear-end collisions are among the most common types of traffic accidents, frequently occurring when drivers fail to maintain a safe following distance or become distracted. In high-traffic areas like merge lanes, such incidents can lead to significant injuries and disruptions.
Drivers are encouraged to stay alert, maintain adequate space between vehicles, and reduce speed when approaching areas with slowed or stopped traffic. Adhering to these safety measures can help prevent rear-end crashes and reduce injury risks.
Recovering from a car accident can be physically, emotionally, and financially challenging. Victims may face medical expenses, lost wages, and prolonged recovery periods.
