Jackson, MS (November 29, 2024) – A tragic accident early Thursday morning resulted in the death of 57-year-old Sterling Ray Hall, Jr. The incident occurred around 2:30 AM on Interstate 55 near County Line Rd when Hall was struck by two vehicles while attempting to cross the highway. Emergency responders were quick to the scene but were unable to save the pedestrian, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
