The incident occurred around 7:51 AM in the 2600 block of West Kessler Boulevard North Drive. Officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) arrived at the scene and found a pedestrian suffering from severe injuries consistent with being struck by a vehicle. The victim was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.
