Indianapolis, IN (December 23, 2024) – A head-on collision early Monday morning near the Indiana State Fairgrounds resulted in three individuals being transported to the hospital. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) responded to the scene just after 2:00 AM on Fall Creek Parkway near Evanston Avenue.
According to authorities, two vehicles, a car and an SUV, were involved in the crash. Both drivers and a passenger were injured and taken to the hospital for treatment. The extent of their injuries has not been disclosed.
Photos from the scene captured by News 8 show the two vehicles with significant damage being loaded onto flatbed trailers. Police have not released information regarding the cause of the crash or whether alcohol or drugs played a role in the incident.
