Huntingtown, MD (January 21, 2025) – Emergency crews responded to a two-vehicle collision Sunday morning at the Route 2/4 split in Calvert County. The crash was reported at approximately 9:09 a.m. and involved a pickup truck that struck a car after pulling out onto the roadway.
The collision caused injuries to the car’s occupants. One female passenger reported being unable to hear out of her left ear following the crash. A baby was also in the vehicle, though no specific injuries were reported. Both vehicles sustained damage, and debris was scattered across the roadway.
Local fire and EMS units arrived on the scene to assess and treat the injured individuals. The extent of injuries and the number of people transported for medical care have not yet been confirmed. The incident remains under investigation.
