Huntingtown, MD (September 6, 2024) – Emergency crews responded to a serious two-vehicle accident on Thursday, September 5, at Bowie Shop Rd and Rte 4. One vehicle was found on its side, with two occupants trapped inside. Firefighters worked quickly to stabilize the vehicle and extricate both individuals.

One patient was airlifted to a trauma center via MEDEVAC due to severe injuries, while the second was transported to CalvertHealth for further care.
