Horizon, TX (September 5, 2024) – A pedestrian was hospitalized with injuries after being struck in an incident initially reported as a traffic collision. The Horizon Police Department responded to the scene at the intersection of Horizon Blvd and N. Kenazo Ave at 3:03 p.m. on Wednesday. A female suspect is now in custody.
