According to police reports, the incident unfolded when a tractor-trailer, driven by 28-year-old Tristan Peters from Knoxville, Tennessee, was making a turn onto West 14th Street from South Main Street. During the maneuver, Peters clipped the rear of a truck operated by 70-year-old Tony Harris, who was traveling on South Main Street.
