Hopewell Twp., OH (September 8, 2024) – A fatal accident occurred on. Saturday evening at 7:42 p.m. at the intersection of St Rte 118 and Frahm Pike. The Mercer County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that Keith Huey, 74, of Geneva, IN, was driving a 2000 Ford F150 westbound on Frahm Pike. Julie Ninde, 57, of Ossian, IN, was driving a 2014 Honda CR-V northbound on St Rte 118 when the vehicles collided.

Huey was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities are continuing their investigation and are expected to provide further details as more information becomes available.
