Deadly Intersection Accidents in Michigan
Intersections are among the most dangerous locations for motor vehicle crashes, often resulting in severe injuries or fatalities. Accidents at intersections frequently occur due to left-turn conflicts, failure to yield, or misjudgment of oncoming traffic speed. Even when traffic signals are functioning properly, collisions can still happen when drivers attempt to turn across active lanes.
Fatal crashes not only cause emotional devastation but can also leave families facing unexpected financial hardships, including medical expenses and funeral costs. In some cases, surviving family members may have the right to pursue compensation through a wrongful death claim, helping ease the burden of their loss.
