Henrico, VA (January 19, 2025) – Emergency responders were dispatched to a machinery accident at 3520 Portugee Rd on Sunday. A forklift reportedly overturned, trapping an individual beneath it. Henrico Fire’s Engine-314 and Medic-314 responded to the scene.
The patient, described as a “yellow” status, was found conscious and breathing but suffering from uncontrolled bleeding. Medic-314 provided immediate medical care and transported the individual for further treatment.
