Hayward, CA (November 18, 2024) – A devastating pedestrian accident on Saturday evening claimed the life of a 30-year-old woman on Mission Blvd, just north of East Lewelling Blvd.
The California Highway Patrol (CHP) reported that the incident occurred around 9:44 p.m. The crash involved a 30-year-old pedestrian and a Dodge Caravan driven by a 17-year-old boy. Emergency responders arrived quickly, but the woman succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
