Authorities responded to the fire at approximately 4 a.m. on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, in the 1800 block of Mountain View Dr. When emergency crews arrived on the scene, the home was fully engulfed in flames.
The victim, whose identity has not yet been released, was found dead at the back door of the residence, alongside her dog, who was also deceased. Firefighters and emergency responders worked swiftly to contain the blaze, but unfortunately, the victims were beyond help.
