Rollover Accidents in Massachusetts
Rollover crashes are among the most severe types of vehicle accidents, often leading to significant injuries due to the violent nature of the impact. These incidents can be caused by excessive speed, abrupt maneuvers, or hazardous road conditions.
In Massachusetts, many rollover accidents occur on suburban and rural roads where tight curves, uneven pavement, or sudden stops may contribute to loss of control. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) reports that SUVs and trucks are particularly vulnerable to rollovers due to their higher center of gravity.
Victims of rollover accidents often face serious medical challenges, including head trauma, spinal injuries, and long-term rehabilitation needs. Legal options may be available for those injured in crashes caused by reckless driving, vehicle defects, or poorly maintained roadways.
