Hartsdale, NY (September 13, 2024) – A pedestrian was struck by a car Thursday afternoon, September 12. On the 300 block of West Hartsdale Avenue, Greenburgh police report.
The incident occurred around 2:00 p.m. in the Hartsdale area, involving a pedestrian and a vehicle. Greenburgh Town Supervisor Paul Feiner confirmed the injuries were non-fatal but noted the victim sustained some injuries.
The cause of the crash has not been disclosed as investigations are still underway. Feiner expressed concerns about the area, highlighting the narrow and uneven road edges as dangerous for pedestrians and cyclists.
