Harrison, MO (February 1, 2025) – A head-on collision on US-69, two miles south of Eagleville, resulted in one fatality and multiple injuries on Friday evening.
At approximately 4:57 p.m., a southbound 1992 Chrysler LeBaron lost control and skidded into the northbound lane, where it collided head-on with a 2004 Ford F-150. The impact left both vehicles with severe damage, and they were towed from the scene.
Emergency responders provided care to the injured victims. A 27-year-old female passenger in the Chrysler LeBaron was fatally injured and pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver, a 22-year-old man, suffered moderate injuries and was transported by North Harrison EMS to Harrison County Community Hospital. An 18-year-old male passenger sustained serious injuries and was airlifted to Truman Medical Center.
The driver of the Ford F-150, a 64-year-old man, suffered moderate injuries and was also transported to the hospital. Authorities continue investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
