Harris County, TX (March 8, 2025) – A driver is facing an intoxication manslaughter charge following a fatal wrong-way crash on the Hardy Toll Road early Saturday morning, according to Harris County Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman.
The crash occurred in the inbound lanes near the Sam Houston Tollway. Investigators believe that the wrong-way driver, a 26-year-old woman, was intoxicated at the time of the collision.
