Hancock, MD (September 10, 2024) – A severe accident occurred on I-70 near the 12-mile marker in the Big Pool and Hancock area on Tuesday, September 10. Emergency responders arrived at the scene, where three individuals were reported as high-priority patients.

Medical units, including Troopers 3 and 5, were dispatched to transport the injured to nearby hospitals. Authorities have not yet disclosed the nature of the injuries.
