Groton, CT (December 20, 2024) – Emergency responders were called to the scene of a pedestrian accident on Friday evening on Route 12 in front of the Super 8 Hotel in Groton. The incident occurred at approximately 7:02 p.m.
The pedestrian was reported to be conscious but not alert at the time of first responders’ arrival. The Poquonnock Bridge Fire Department (PBFD), City of Groton Fire Department (CGFD), Groton Ambulance, and Lawrence & Memorial (L&M) Medic team attended to the victim and managed the scene.
