Glasgow, KY – Three Injured in Vehicle Crash at Happy Valley RD and Veterans Outer Loop

Glasgow, KY (September 9, 2024) – A collision involving two vehicles resulted in three injuries on Sunday, September 8. The incident occurred near the intersection of Happy Valley Rd and Veterans Outer Loop. Glasgow Police’s Major Terry Flatt reported that Ava Taylor, driving a 2016 Nissan Altima, was making a left turn under a blinking yellow light when she entered the path of Rita Stafford’s 2015 Ford Escape. 

Stafford and a passenger were also involved in the crash. All three individuals were hospitalized, with one passenger later airlifted to Tristar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville. The severity of their injuries has not been disclosed.

The investigation into the crash continues, with updates anticipated as more information becomes available.
