In Delaware, drivers involved in an accident that results in injuries must remain at the scene and report the incident to authorities. Seeking immediate medical attention is crucial, as some injuries, such as internal trauma or head injuries, may not present symptoms right away.
For victims of rollover crashes, documenting the accident, obtaining witness statements, and understanding insurance policies can be essential in the recovery process. Injured parties may also be eligible for compensation to cover medical expenses, lost wages, and other damages.
