Hit-and-Run Accidents in California
Hit-and-run accidents are a growing concern in California, especially in urban areas like Gardena. When drivers flee the scene of a fatal collision, it not only hinders emergency response efforts but also leaves victims’ families searching for justice.
Common causes of hit-and-run crashes include reckless driving, distracted driving, and impaired driving. In many cases, drivers flee due to fear of legal consequences, lack of insurance, or outstanding warrants. However, California law imposes severe penalties on those who leave the scene of an accident, especially when it results in serious injury or death.
For families who lose loved ones in hit-and-run crashes, the emotional and financial toll can be overwhelming. Understanding their legal rights and seeking professional guidance can help them navigate the aftermath and pursue justice.
