Franklin County, MO (January 20, 2025) – A three-vehicle crash on Missouri 185 southbound near Old Orchard Dr early Monday morning resulted in injuries and extensive damage to two vehicles.
The incident occurred at approximately 6:10 AM when a 2012 Chevrolet Colorado, driven by a 52-year-old female from Beaufort, MO, sideswiped a 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier traveling southbound. Following the collision, the Chevrolet Colorado veered off the roadway and struck a parked 2016 Ford Escape.
The driver of the Chevrolet Colorado sustained injuries and was transported to Mercy Hospital Washington by the New Haven Ambulance District for treatment. The driver of the Chevrolet Cavalier, a 45-year-old female from Marthasville, MO, was uninjured. The parked Ford Escape sustained moderate damage but was secured in a driveway.
Both the Cavalier and Colorado sustained extensive damage and were towed from the scene by Patriot Towing. Authorities are investigating the cause of the crash.
