Franklin Co., MO (September 17, 2024) – Two people sustained moderate injuries in a head-on collision on Tuesday, September 17. The accident occurred at 6:54 AM on MO-30 west of Bluegrass Ridge Rd in Franklin County.

Brianna M. Duff, 21, of St. Clair, MO, was driving eastbound in a 2008 Ford Escape. She failed to negotiate a right curve, crossed the centerline, and collided head-on with a westbound 2014 Jeep Patriot driven by Stanley L. Wagner, 64, of Lonedell, MO.

Both drivers were wearing seatbelts and were transported by St. Clair EMS to Mercy Hospital St. Louis. Authorities are investigating the circumstances of the crash and are expected to provide updates as more information becomes available.
