Euclid, OH (September 3, 2024) – I-90 eastbound near Babbitt Rd in Euclid has reopened following a serious vehicle accident on Tuesday afternoon, September 3. The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) reported that the road was closed for over an hour and reopened at 2:41 p.m. Traffic in the area remains congested.
Authorities had initially diverted traffic through exit and entrance ramps starting at 1:32 p.m. Advising drivers to proceed with caution. Euclid Police Capt. Mitch Houser noted that the accident resulted in delays and lane closures along the stretch of I-90 eastbound.
