Erwin, NY (October 17, 2024) – A serious traffic accident occurred on Wednesday afternoon involving a school bus and two vehicles on State Route 417 in the Town of Erwin. The incident prompted a swift response from local emergency services.
According to reports from the New York State Police, a Dodge vehicle failed to stop for an Addison Central school bus that was traveling in the opposite direction. The Dodge struck a Toyota that had come to a stop for the school bus, causing the Toyota to collide with the bus itself.
