Emergency responders, including fire crews and California Highway Patrol (CHP) officers, arrived promptly to assist at the scene.
The collision was reported at approximately 2:46 PM in the high-occupancy vehicle (HOV) lane. According to witnesses, the motorcyclist was reportedly lane-splitting when the crash occurred.
