According to California Highway Patrol (CHP) logs, the accident occurred at approximately 5:33 a.m., with a U.S. Border Patrol agent among the first to arrive on the scene. Both vehicles involved were found on the right shoulder of the roadway.
Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene, and reports indicate that a male patient sustained injuries in the crash. At 6:37 a.m., fire department personnel confirmed their response to provide medical care for the injured individual. The severity of the injuries is currently unknown.
