El Cajon, CA (September 13, 2024) – A traffic collision occurred early Friday morning on Interstate 8 East, just before the transition to State Route 125 North. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) was dispatched to the scene at approximately 8:44 AM to respond to the incident involving multiple vehicles, including a big rig and two smaller vehicles.
