East Caln, PA (December 25, 2024) – Emergency responders were called to the scene of a multi-vehicle accident at N Woodmont Dr and W Uwchlan Ave late Wednesday night. The collision, which occurred around 11:20 PM, involved three vehicles and resulted in significant injuries and heavy damage.
Fire and EMS crews arrived promptly, with medics providing assistance to multiple injured individuals. Reports indicated that one person sustained a head injury while another suffered a broken leg. A second ambulance was requested at approximately 11:25 PM to assist with patient transport. Initial concerns about possible smoke from one of the vehicles were later dismissed after it was confirmed there was no active fire.
By 11:30 PM, authorities determined that no one was trapped in the vehicles, but all three vehicles sustained heavy damage and required towing. Fire police arrived shortly after to close Route 113 in the vicinity of the crash to facilitate response efforts and ensure safety in the area.
