Truck accidents on major roadways like Interstate 40 can cause extensive delays and result in serious injuries. The size and weight of commercial vehicles such as semi-trucks often exacerbate the severity of crashes, particularly when smaller vehicles are involved. Factors such as driver error, mechanical failures, or hazardous road conditions can contribute to these incidents.
In the aftermath of a truck accident, victims may face significant challenges, from medical expenses to time lost from work. It is important for those affected to seek immediate medical attention, document the crash, and consult with professionals to ensure their rights are protected.
