Diamond Bar, CA (February 21, 2025) – A deadly crash involving two semi-trucks on the 60 Freeway near the 57 Freeway left one person dead and another injured early Thursday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred just after 4:10 a.m. Emergency responders arrived to find both trucks overturned. One person was pronounced dead at the scene by the Los Angeles County Fire Department, while another victim was transported to a nearby hospital in an unknown condition.
Authorities issued a SigAlert on the eastbound 60 Freeway connector to the 57 Freeway, shutting down three lanes for several hours while crews investigated and cleared the wreckage.
