Dayton, OH (October 21, 2024) – A serious vehicle crash occurred on October 20 in Harrison Township, resulting in one person sustaining serious injuries. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reported that deputies were dispatched to the intersection of Markey Road and Anniston Drive around 10 a.m. on October 20.
Upon arrival, emergency crews discovered a Buick Enclave traveling southbound on Markey Road. A Toyota Camry attempted to turn left from the stop sign on Anniston Drive directly in front of the Buick, leading to a collision between the two vehicles.
The driver of the Toyota was extricated from the vehicle by the Harrison Township Fire Department and was subsequently transported to Miami Valley Hospital with serious injuries. The driver of the Buick sustained minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital for further evaluation.
